Planets in the Signs/Houses

Planets in the Signs/Houses

Why have I added this topic? Well the answer is simple and pretty straightforward to answer. The majority of the Tarot cards have astrological connections in one form or another both in the major and minor as explained in other topics in this forum but apart from that there are also certain techniques that will allow you to become more effective and enable you to efficiently adapt astrology into your readings.
While researching the Tarot in the 1990's I met some very clever people who I would like to thank for just a few of their techniques that would help them gain more insight and depth while reading cards. Some would use specific decks of cards others would use certain spreads or layouts and some used parts of astrology. I have already shown you the zodiac or star signs and the influences of the planets.
Now I would like to explain how knowing a persons date and time of birth you would be able to have, at your fingertips a wealth of knowledge and be able to actually describe that persons character, personalities and many traits.
After being shown how to do this, I searched high and low in many book stores to find a book that had certain details and information in it but had to be small enough to fit in my pocket, and one day I found one. It could fit in my pocket perfectly and had everything I needed.
What was the information to access this knowledge? First of all you need what is called an Ephemeris, this is a chart type system that looks like a kind of calendar. It would have the years and month at the top of the page and in the first column the day followed by more columns spread across the page showing, times and all the planets in our solar system including the moon but not the earth in the zodiac signs at that specific date and time. Just like the one below

This could be in a book or just printed from a software program, which is what I did to get this picture.
Right, back to the pocket book. In this little book was, the information about the zodiac signs, and planets but it also had something else. In the later half of the book was information on each planet within each house or zodiac sign and so by finding out at what date and time a person was born, you just had to look that up in the Ephemeris and hey presto, there in one straight line across the page where symbols for you to check and then go to the corresponding page to lookup the information that would give you so much knowledge about that person.
